Ich weiß, ich schreibe hier nicht viel, lese dafür aber umso mehr
, bitte Euch trotzdem mal um Eure Hilfe, wer kann mir diesen Brief, ohne großen Aufwand grob übersetzen ?
Es betrifft ein GEpäckschaden, Buggyschaden bei einem Flug.
Bis ich es übersetzt habe, ist es WEihnachten...
I acknowledge receipt of your letter received in our office on the 05/10/2012.
I acknowledge receipt of your claim request for damage to your Zapp Xtra Red pram.
Your report of the damage under PIR Ref: confirms that you reported damage to the frame of the buggy.
Unfortunately despite the best efforts of staff and baggage handlers, damage can occasionally occur in the hold of the aircraft particularly on the impact on landing to items that are inherently unsuitable for carriage when not in a protective travel bag.
Such items may have a higher cover value on direct home/travel insurance policies.
For a direct claim with the airline you are required to submit the invoice from the manufacturer or their appointed service agent for the repair/replacement of the frame.
Please note that confirmation that the buggy is irreparable will only be accepted on manufacturer or their appointed service agent headed note paper and must include the brand name of the item and full description of the damage. Note of non-repair from shop of purchase is not accepted.
Please retain your original receipt of payment and damaged item as you may be required to submit to our appointed Service Agent and /or Insurance Assessor.
